  • Contact us! We respond to emails within the same day and are happy to send someone for a free estimate.
  • If you have any questions about our bidding process, feel free to reach out—we’re more than happy to help.
  • We are always on standby for phone calls and emails. We schedule striping at a time that is most convenient for the customer, ensuring it does not interfere with operating hours.
  • Sealcoating typically needs to be completed during the daytime, as the sealcoat material requires sunlight and wind to cure properly.
  • Unless specified by the customer, K5 uses solvent-based striping paint with Graco airless sprayers. We believe this is the best paint available, and we are committed to offering only the highest quality to our customers.
  • The paint color is determined by drawing specifications, pre-existing paint, or the contractor’s preference.
  • We recommend re-striping every 1-2 years, depending on the amount of traffic your paint is exposed to.
  • Re-striping in high-traffic areas is not uncommon, and we offer this service to anyone who requests it.
  • Given that the parking lot will be completely empty and free of loose materials, we can clean, sealcoat, and stripe almost any parking lot in a single day, unless the project is divided into multiple phases.
  • For large parking lots with heavy traffic, we cone off sections and work on smaller areas at a time. This allows us to complete the work without disrupting your business operations, keeping the lot open for customers.
